Firmware updates are released periodically to improve the performance and stability of your Spotter. It is recommended to always run the latest firmware on your Spotter systems.
To ensure there is no disruption to ongoing data collection each firmware update must be enabled by the user.
To check the current Spotter Firmware version visit the dashboard (spotter.sofarocean.com) > Select Spotter > Settings > Firmware
