You can enable or disable telemetry lines for your devices at any time.

  1. Open the Telemetry page in the Spotter Dashboard.

  2. Click Change telemetry lines.

  3. Toggle the telemetry lines on or off as desired.

    If you already have an active subscription and enable another telemetry line during your billing cycle, you will be charged a prorated amount in that first month.

    If you disable a device’s telemetry line, you will be given the option to remove it from your subscription and get a prorated refund to your account balance, or keep it in your subscription to use for another device. If you check this box, you will continue to be charged for the line on a monthly basis and you can enable it for another device.

  4. Click Confirm to save your changes.

    If you have any unused lines, an alert message will appear on the Telemetry page.

Your subscription will be cancelled automatically if you disable all of the telemetry lines for all of your devices. If you’re planning to re-enable the telemetry lines soon and you would like to maintain the same billing cycle, we recommend keeping the unused lines available in your subscription.
