You can cancel your data subscription at any time.

  1. Open the Payment Settings page in the Spotter Dashboard.

  2. Under Automatic subscription payments, ****click Cancel subscription.

  3. Click Confirm to cancel your subscription.

Your subscription will terminate immediately— all lines will be deactivated and all devices will lose telemetry service as soon as you confirm your cancellation. You will get a prorated refund to your account balance for any remaining unused days.

Powering off your Spotter will not have an impact on your data subscription. You need to cancel your subscription in the Spotter Dashboard to deactivate telemetry lines.

When your subscription ends, updates from your Spotter to the Spotter Dashboard and the ****Spotter & Smart Mooring API will stop, but you will still be able to access historical data and your Spotter will continue to log data to its SD card.

You can reactivate your data subscription at any time by enabling telemetry lines. Keep in mind that when you reactivate your data subscription, a new billing cycle will be established.
